Fluffy, light, great pancakes! I substituted 1 cup of the flour with whole wheat flour and added a little bit more milk to get the right consistency. Will definitely use again.

  1. Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar together, set aside. Beat eggs until light, add to flour mix. Add milk and yogurt. Beat until smooth and free of lumps. Pour desired sized cake onto hot griddle, and cook until brown underneith, flip. and brown other side.
