  1. Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar together, set aside. Beat eggs until light, add to flour mix. Add milk and yogurt. Beat until smooth and free of lumps. Pour desired sized cake onto hot griddle, and cook until brown underneith, flip. and brown other side.

Fluffy, light, great pancakes! I substituted 1 cup of the flour with whole wheat flour and added a little bit more milk to get the right consistency. Will definitely use again.

I have been cooking pancakes for 20 years now but am so glad I stumbled upon this recipe - this is my new favorite! Very moist and fluffy at the same time, and so delicious they can be eaten without syrup!

yummy and moist and cake-y... i used blueberry yogurt once and strawberry once... my kids loved them and just sprinkled a little powdered sugar over the top and fresh fruit
