Perfect. I add a tiny bit of milk to the batter sometimes to thin it out a bit, and they still turn out great. Thanks :)

Great, easy recipe. Made as follows. Then added cinnamon to some of the batter and mashed banana to another part. Good all ways! Thanks for posting.

Wonderful recipe that doesn't call for buttermilk! I also added a little vanilla and they turned out perfect! I will be using this one primarily!

So yummy! I reduce the baking powder to 2 teaspoons because I think the mix has too much "air" in it with 3. I also add vanilla. :)

This is a keeper, simple and delish. I think Im going to keep all the dry ingredients mixed and whip it together when I need it, that would significantly cut down on prep time, thanks for this one.
