Thanks for this great recipe! Pancake purists may rebel at this, but I made them savoury by leaving out the sugar and adding a pinch of fresh-ground pepper and a cup of chopped spicy sausages to the batter. With a dollop of taco sauce for topping, they came out pretty awesome! :)

I had a bad hankering for pancakes this morning and came across this recipe. This is the first time I've made it from scratch and I must say, they turned out even better than I expected! I substituted almond milk and coconut oil for what was called for in the recipe, and added a bit of vanilla and pumpkin spice. Wow!

This is a easy and quick recipe. I did a several times. My 3 and 4 years old kids love it. They like to serve with peanut butter and condensed milk.

I added cinnamon to the wet mix before combining the two together and it turned out really well. Really recommend doing that and preheating the pan on low too. They turned out perfect

Tasted great and super simple to make. The only thing I did different was add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. This will be my go to pancake batter from now on. Thanks for sharing.

Ummmm...very good. I meant to add vanilla but forgot and this was still very, very good even with no flavoring! Will pre-mix some of this up for easier future use! Thanks!

Threw these together with some Cinnamon Death cinnamon and a splash of vanilla. Fluffy, light, easy to make and wonderful. Thanks QueenBof6 :)

I'm no connoisseur of pancake batters, but this one was easy and worked perfectly with my holiday shapes pancake pan... didn't stick and browned beautifully. I'm not a huge pancake fan, but I liked these alright.
