I agree -- excellent brussel sprouts. I normally roast mine in the oven but this sounded easy and good. Loved the slivered almonds with it. Very nutty flavor! Wonderful. Will make again.
Excellent brussels sprouts! I used all butter and no oil and I added a bit of crushed garlic. The sprouts browned very nicely and had a great nutty flavor. I did sprinkle with parmesan cheese, as mentioned in step 8. Wonderful! Thanx for sharing.
Loved this recipe! I think I should have cooked them a bit longer but overall this was delicious - even my picky husband tried a few!
