      Yummmm, I enjoyed this steak. I used a ribeye and cooked well done, 6 minutes per side on medium heat in a cast iron grill pan. I plated steak and covered with foil while I finished cooking Inspired Steakhouse Mushrooms. The steak was simply delicious. So easy and good, will have this again. Thank you lazyme for posting

      Super simple and delicious way to do a steak. I used a cast iron pan that has the grill bars in it and cooked it to a med rare. DH, who prefers plain foods was in heaven that I didn't "ruin it" by using more seasonings. The truth is that with a good steak it really doesn't need anything else. This simple preparation would, of course, be perfect in the BBQ also.
