Kaccy these were unique. I mixed the spices and then instead of as directed I mixed some of it into the chip mixture then pressed it all into the chops. I did make 4 chops but did not double the spices. I found that it needed something to hold the chips on the chops because once they hit the hot oil they did not stay on too well. I used all the leftover chip crumbs left from the kids and that was a plus to get rid of those. I WILL make these again cause we liked the flavor and the concept but I think I will beat an egg with some water and use that as a base for the chips. I used my Fry daddy for this also and it worked great for 2 chops at a time. Thanks Kaccy!
