Pan Fried Noodles

"This was out of one of my old cookbooks that was put together by the employees at a company I use to work for back in the 80's...it's out of business but I still enjoy the recipe...it makes a great side dish when you can't think of something else quick and easy to prepare..."

 1. Added garlic, kielbasa, and used olive oils instead of butter. Also a table spoon of tomato paste for color. Turned out great!

 2. I have eaten these ever since I was a kid. Always with a fried over easy egg served on top. The yolk running through the fried noodles is delicious.

 3. These were just OK for us. We didn't feel that they had much taste to them. I added more butter and that still didn't help. I topped it with some cheddar cheese and that helped some.

 4. Perfect for lunch! I halved the recipe and had enough for 2 lunch size servings. (Not as sides). We really enjoyed the flavors. So easy to make, but very flavorful. Thanks for sharing! Made for PRMR tag game.

? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??
