We really enjoyed the chicken breasts prepared this way. It was awesome. The chicken was so moist, tender and flavorful. My dh & I both kept going mmmmummmm...not much was said until after we had finished eating. I fried the chicken in your Tahitian Vanilla oil, it worked really well in this delicious dish. It was so quick and easy to make, with wonderful results, we will be enjoying this often. It was sooo good, that I totally forgot to use the lemons, I can't wait to try it with them...Thanks so much for sharing. Made for ZWT7 for the Witchin Kitchen.

Wonderful chicken schnitzel!! I made this as written, except I cut it in half. I served White Wine Shallots Sauce With Lemon and Capers over the top and served with pasta and green beans for a fantastic meal. Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe. Made for Stars Tag Game.

This was just like "kotlet schabowy" that my family makes in Poland but with chicken instead of pork. I really really enjoyed it so now I know where to turn when a craving for Polish food strikes. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this recipe. I used a panko/breadcrumb mixture, and thyme, rosemary and chives for the flavors. Thanks for an easy and quick dinner!

This was wonderful! I cut the recipe in half and used some panko with the breadcrumbs and used fresh herbs...delicious! I served this with Packet Potatoes#240413, Baked Tomatoes#7612 and asparagus. Made for Cooking from the Pantry Challenge tag game and also the Diabetic forum.

Delightful and so easy. The chicken stays so moist and juicy inside and crispy on the outside. I used a combination of regular and panko breadcrumbs mixed with fresh chives, thyme and sage. Wonderful recipe!

This is very similar to how I make most schnizels but I hadn't thought to add in a bunch of herbs. Delicious! I served it with a brown butter sauce as well as the lemon wedges.

Delicious and having become quite the ZWT7 traveler, I've enjoyed eating/drinking waaaaaaaay too much. BTW, anyone need a bunch of Size 4 garments? It seems I've shrunk a lot of stuff recently.
