This marinade is wonderful for both grilling, pan frying, and broiling. Slightly Asian, 100% yummy!!!
- 1⁄2 cup soya sauce
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice or 1⁄2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork.
- Marinate for 4-6 hours.
Way too salty for me, but I can't stand ginger, so I didn't put any in. Maybe that made a big difference...
