A mojito without rum but wonderful none the less. The mint in the drink makes it very refreshing. Pama is a Pamagranate Liqueur.
- Muddle 10-15 mint leaves, simple syrup and lime in a tall glass, add Pama.
- Fill with crushed ice and top with soda.
- Stir until outside of glass is frosted. Garnish with powdered sugar and dusted mint sprig.
Ohh! THis was good! The Pama and mint go very well together! Very pretty color too!
