These turned out good, and were very easy to assemble. I think I'll try grilling them next time to add a little smokey flavor. Topped them off with a squeeze of lemon to brighten them up. Thanks for posting the recipe.

  1. Soak the bread in milk until it is soft, then drain the milk.
  2. Combine the bread, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon powder with meat. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Bake at 350° on an oiled pan for about 30 minutes.
