- 2 oranges, peeled
- 2 stalk rhubarb, cut up
- 4 slice fresh pineapple
- 236.59 ml strawberry
- 236.59 ml pitted cherries
- 1419.54 ml water
- 236.59 ml honey
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 236.59 ml sour cream
directions
- Combine all the ingredients except sour cream.
- Simmer about 30 minutes.
- Purée.
- Chill.
- Add sour cream before serving.

There is nothing better on a hot day than a cold fruit soup. I like that this fruit soup contains so many different varieties. The soup is easy to make, but I used less salt (I salt to taste after cooking). The sour cream balanced the different flavours well. Thanks for sharing such a delicious fruit soup recipe.
