Taken from, great recipe for those who like choc chip or Tollhouse cookies. My hubby is gluten sensitive and trying him on the paleo diet to improve his Psoriasis with good results so far

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 tablespoons refined coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 34 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. In a medium bowl mix the coconut flour and the baking soda together.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the coconut oil,banana, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Then mix the dry ingredients into the wet.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350oF or 180oC for 12 minutes.
