Grain free bread made with almond flour. Found on elanaspantry.com. Its dense but good.
- 1 1⁄2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed meal
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in food processor and pulse until mixed well.
- Pulse in eggs oil honey and vinegar.
- Mash into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
This is so easy to make in your food processor. I love toasting this and topping with almond butter and bananas. Thanks for the great, easy, and healthy recipe.
