Yum, yum, yum!! This was so good and so authentic! The layers of flavor were quite intriguing and before you know it the bowl is empty! This recipe made plenty for two. The only thing I did add was a tablespoon of ketjap manis because it wasn't really balanced to my palate with just the sugar.
This pad thai was delicious and spicy, even though it was a little too ketchup-y for my taste. Decently easy to prepare, as well. Thanks!
Really a good Pad Thai! My husband makes this one with jalapenos instead and it is great. Tip: make extra sauce. In case it seems dry you can add more at the end.
this was awesome!!!! easy to make, everyone loved it.
Not exactly what I'm used to, but still very good. Even my kids loved it! I would, however, suggest less chilis if you plan to serve to children.
This didn't taste like Pad Thai that I've had. I think it had too much ketchup and fish sauce flavor. I also expected eggs.
My husband and I very much enjoyed this dish. It has wonderful flavor. I substituted dried chilis for the fresh ones and it still worked well.
