This recipe started out hamburgers, however it is more like meatballs or meatloaf. I tried a recipe from Chef Ramsey one of the cooking shows a few months ago and I was very dissapointed in the results. So, throwing caution to the wind, I made my own recipe. Cooking time will depend on how large you make the burgers. I covered them at the end to cook through.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix gently with your hands.
- Shape either into burgers or meatballs.
- Fry in nonstick skillet with one Tablespoon olive oil.
- I used a grill pan.
- **** Optional add 2 slices of cheese.
