  1. Coat salmon with oil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool to the touch and flake salmon.
  2. In a bowl, combine salmon, onion, corn, green onions, salt and pepper. Form into 12 patties. Lightly coat both sides with cornmeal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium and fry cakes until golden, 2-3 minutes per side.
