  • Preheat oven at 350°F.
  • Using a mortar, crush the garlic cloves and add 1 tbs of all purpose seasoning. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic/adobo paste, and remaining of the APS. Add salt and pepper and mix. Rub pork with mixture.
  • Bake for 3-5 hrs at 350°F turn the pork leg every 30 minutes.
