This is a typical Puerto Rican Christmas dish. When seasoned and cooked the right way is amazingly tasty.

This was really good! Absolutely loved the flavor of the balsamic, sugar and salt.

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Using a mortar, crush the garlic cloves and add 1 tbs of all purpose seasoning. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic/adobo paste, and remaining of the APS. Add salt and pepper and mix. Rub pork with mixture.
  3. Bake for 3-5 hrs at 350°F turn the pork leg every 30 minutes.
