Directions

  1. Process first 9 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F, and bake 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, shielding edges with foil after 20 minutes. Let cool completely on rack.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
