Yummy! We normally have oysters raw with a little lemon or make Red Curry Oysters. So I wanted to try a new dressing. This was really lovely, I had to leave out a few ingredients, I didn't use the rock salt to display the oysters as only Hubby and I was going to eat them. I also didn't use the snow pea sprouts because I only seen that ingredient when I was making the recipe, so I didn't get the chance to buy it from the supermarket. I would make these again, I thought all the flavours tasted well together and very unique. Thank you Coasty
