  • 1 large mango cheek, peeled, finely chopped
  • 12 small lebanese cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 5 large fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 12 (1 dozen) natural oysters, in the half shell (such as Sydney rock oysters)

Directions

  1. Combine the mango, cucumber, onion and basil in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the oysters on a serving platter. Divide the mango mixture among the oysters. Serve.
