We are fortunate to live near the ocean to get fresh oysters....so, whenever we are able to get them, I always serve them this way!! Devine!! (Time does not include shucking)

This is awesome! We had it with some PEI oysters on New Year's Eve (before moving on to a feed of local lobster) and it was exceptional. It's very quick and easy to make, put it in a bottle and give it a good shake. I let it sit for a couple of hours before we used it so the flavours had a chance to blend. Always thought a bit of hot sauce was all the oysters needed but this changed my view completely. Thanks, Abby Girl!
