Ingredients Nutrition

Directions

  1. Prepare a small, safety-first fire.
  2. Toss oysters in the fire.
  3. Naturally, you will put them in a place where you can get them later so when they start to pop open you can pull them out of the fire and place some of the herbs/butter/salt/pepper/garlic mixture (which has already been combined and heating in a pot in the fire) inside the oyster.
  4. Place them back in the fire until the mixture begins to boil in the shell.
  5. Remove and eat as soon as possible.
  6. Whoa. So good.

This was great eh. I was afraid an open fire might melt down into the snow up here in Canada, so I cooked this in the oven at 250 Celcius (that's about 500 F for Y'all). Thanks Eli - tasted just as good as you said it would.
