  1. Heat frying pan with 4 tbs of cooking oil.
  2. Once oil is hot enough, put garlic and ginger in pan and fry for 1/2 minute.
  3. Put chicken pieces in and fry for about 8 minutes.
  4. Put the sauce in and cook on slow fire for 20 minutes.

Simple, and tasty. One thing to mention, mushrooms in the ingredients, not in the instructions, sadly, I forgot them!!! Nonetrheless, enjoyed this flavoursome dish, thank you KLime, made for Spring PAC 2013
