This is a wonderful low carb appetizer. Can also be made into a casserole for main dish use.
- 1 pint fresh oyster
- lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- crumbled cooked bacon
- grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat broiler.
- Place one or two drained oysters in individual ramekins.
- Sprinkle each oyster with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
- Top with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
- Broil until oyster edges curl.
- Serve on saltines.
