Well, after reading the ingredients I went straight to the store and bought them. I read the reviews and my favorite candy bar is the take 5 so as a few of the readers said, I used the peanut butter pretzels from Snyder. I also prefer dark chocolate so I used dark chocolate kisses and dark chocolate m&m's and these were to die for. They taste so much like take 5's. They were so easy to make and absolutely delicious. Mine, however, did not look like eyes, but I dont care, they were awesome!!! I would give it 10 stars but, well....they dont have 10

We make these at Christmas with the candy cane flavored kisses, red and green M&Ms, and the square "snap" pretzels. The mint, chocolate, and salty pretzel are a great combination. Thanks for posting!

These were so cute and easy. Apparently I missed the boat on these because when I took them to our family picnic my cousins already knew all about them. They went really fast and were quick to make, which was good because I was having an 'off day' in the cooking department. Thanks for sharing.

These are so quick and easy! I couldn't find round pretzels so I used the snaps. It worked out perfectly! Hershey makes a white chocolate kiss with crushed candy cane in it. I topped them off with green M&M's. They turned out very festive and minty good! I made a few with regular kisses which take a bit longer in the oven to melt down, but are equally yummy.

Absolutely wonderful! SIMPLE and DELICIOUS! Made these the last few Christmases and I can barely get them to their destinations . . . between the kids DH and my own hands heading for my mouth . . . these are a great little cookie. Thanks for the recipe.

YUMMMY!! I used Peanut Butter Hershey's Kisses and the mini pretzels. I also couldn't find the pretzel rings. So delicious and easy to make. I keep them refrigerated, they taste great that way!

I wanted to make this for super bowl sunday but tonight I figured I would test it out to see how I could make it work since I couldn't find the rings. I used the mini ones. They are so YUMMY!! Can't wait to get them ready on Sunday! Thank you so much!!

Please forgive me, this will be a long review. :-) I could not find the circle pretzels anywhere - so I got regular pretzels - which were a little too big. So, when I made the eyes, I put white chocolate chips in a circle, placed the kiss on top and then put the pretzel on top of that. When the white chocolate melted it acted like a glue and stuck the kiss and the pretzel together. After pressing the M&M on, my hubby swears that they looked like...um...a well endowed woman. Despite all this, the taste was fantastic. Thank you for the recipe - we all enjoyed it. :-)

These sound delicious! I haven't had the chance to make these yet-into my cookbook it goes. Just thought I'd give a little tip to anyone that decides to make these with hershey kisses. They sell them already unwrapped in the baking section(with choc chips, etc.)

What a fun snack! I think kids will love these. I could not find round pretzels so used the minis. Since they have 3 holes, I placed 3 hugs in a triangular shape and the pretzel fit over them just right. I also made some with regular Hershey kisses. These were just great! Thanks for a wonderful idea.

These were really easy to make. I couldn't find the round pretzels, so I bought a bag of the sweet chex mix. It was filled with round pretzels! I made them just as the recipe stated. They tasted great. I was amazed by just how simple these were for something that was so good!

We tried this thee times and couldn't get them to work at all. It might have been that we live in Southern Mexico and the humidity was to high, or something. But what happened was that the kisses didn't melt at all. We tried various temp. settings, which only resulted in them burning.

I just made a batch of these using Candy Cane Hugs and green M&M's. Too cute! I'll definitely be making a bunch of these for our Christmas Party. I will also submitting a picture of these too once they are cooler.

Oh My! What a yummy treat! I used the Snyder's Peanut Butter sandwich pretzels and Reese's Pieces as other posters suggested. I probably should have melted them a few minutes longer as they don't really look like Owl's Eyes, but who cares...they are delicious!!

Yes those pretzel rings are hard to find!! I don't believe they make them. They do however make them in the traditional chex mix. I had to hand pick each ring out of the bag, but at least I have them! I will be making these for my halloween party and instead of m&m's I will be using reeces pieces!

Those pretzel rings are hard to fine!! We used mini regular pretzels. Placed the hug on top and continued the same. My husband made them the night before the party and we just let them cool over night. It was hard not to try them. I will admit I tried one about an hour after they were made, it was still gooey. still good then, but too messy. After the party, all we had to clean up was the serving tray.
