Directions

  1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT the steel cut oats into a slow cooker (crock pot). Use an immersion blender to blend the ingredients fine.
  2. Stir in the steel cut oats.
  3. Cook on LOW for 8 or 9 hours.
  4. Serve with chopped dried fruit, more nuts, brown sugar - or whatever you like.
