ingredients
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk until mixed well. Pour over cabbage mix.
- Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.

Giving this 5 stars because u might have tasted a better cole slaw somewhere, but the key is it is zero points for us WWatchers, that is fabulous in itself, plus it does taste good. I can be hungry and out of points and have this for a cruchy snack, or serve it along with my entree and not use any points, so that means I can have more meat, carbs, or things I would rather spend my points on, but still get in my veg. in a good and convient way. Thanx for the addition to my WW cookbook!

This slaw is very different from what I usually make. Nice to keep on hand for a low calorie side or snack. I didn't use splenda, just about a 1/4 of sugar and I didn't have a bell pepper, so I used a large mild jalapeno, which added a nice kick.I halved the recipe and I think I could have gotten away with just making a quarter of the dressing. Thanks for posting the recipe.
