Breakfast in a jar recipe.
- 1⁄4 cup oats (not steel-cut)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla, shakeology or 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 2⁄3 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Pour ingredients into an 8-ounce jar and seal the lid.
- 2. Shake vigorously, until ingredients are well-combined.
- Store in refrigerator overnight to chill.
