  • 1 scoop vanilla, shakeology or 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 23 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. Pour ingredients into an 8-ounce jar and seal the lid.
