Directions

  1. Layer in order the bread, sausage, green pepper, mushrooms and cheese. Use a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Beat together milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over layered ingredients in pan. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  2. take out.
  3. voila.
