Luscious layers of fudge and "peanuty" cream pie topped with an expresso flavored whipped cream...maybe someday I'll grow up, but for now I want it all! Created for RSC No. 12

This is so huge, so creamy and so rich! I love the coffee flavored taste of the cream topping the best! The peanut butter cream layer seems more prominent here. We love this pie, will be making this again but next time, I'll opt out on the peanuts (personal preference) and increase the quantity of chocolate chips and syrup to bring out the taste of the fudge cream layer. Thanks, puppitypup!
