Healthy alternative to fried chips

- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Place potatoes in a steamer for 7-8 minutes. Potatoes should be partly cooked and not completely tender.
- Lightly coat potatoes with olive oil. Put them on a baking tray lined with non stick paper. Season with salt.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
