Healthy alternative to fried chips

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C
  2. Place potatoes in a steamer for 7-8 minutes. Potatoes should be partly cooked and not completely tender.
  3. Lightly coat potatoes with olive oil. Put them on a baking tray lined with non stick paper. Season with salt.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
