My aunt would make this when you visited. It's a great company recipe since it can be made ahead of time. I like to serve this with noodles or mashed potatoes.

  1. Cut meat in serving portions.
  2. Combine flour and salt.
  3. Brown meat in hot Crisco.
  4. Transfer meat to shallow baking dish.
  5. Blend reserved flour mixture into pan drippings in skillet.
  6. Add tomatoes, celery, carrots, onions and Worcestershire sauce to drippings and cook.
  7. Stir constantly until mixture boils.
  8. Pour over meat.
  9. Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
  10. Sprinkle cheese over meat.
  11. Return to oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
