This something I found a couple weeks ago. It was in a little cookbook I had put up and forgot about. I love this hope you do too.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Slice all vegetables to your liking.
- Place all ingredients on a backing pan and place in the bottom broiler for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring only once.
