Very tasty and easy to make.Made exactly as stated here. I think next time I'll use a herbed olive oil and maybe a sqeeze of lemon or lime, just to add a little zest to it.

I thought this was the BOMB!!! I used 4 big cloves of garlic and got exactly what I was hoping for. Perfectly roasted asparagus with crunchy, crispy garlic bits and just the right amount of salt.

Love this! The first time I made this, the garlic did get slightly burnt The next time, I tossed it with the asparagus after 5 minutes in the oven. Also squeezed some lemon on as Nat suggested. Delicious Joel.
