These were simple to make and tasted great. I found I needed to cook closer to 20 min to get the right degree of crispiness.
This was a great companion to our chicken breast tonight. You really can't go wrong with this recipe as it adapts well to any combination of herbs and spices you like. I also added 1/4 of a lime juice to the mix as well. Highly recommended--thanks for posting, AmyZoe! :)
This is the ONLY way I eat asparagus now. This way it doesn't get all slimy and mushy. I can't believe I used to buy the asparagus in cans. Never again after tasting the oven roasted dish! Made for PAC Spring 2012.
