Oven Pancakes

"Got this recipe from favorite baby-sitter. Everyone loves it, and it is really quick and easy to make."

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 1⁄2 cup milk or 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)

directions

1. Melt butter in 13 by 9 pan in the oven. (Glass pans work best but are not mandatory.).
2. Mix flour, milk, and eggs until well blended. Do not beat.
3. Pour the batter into the oven melted butter and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with syrup or powered sugar.
