Oh My Gosh Laurie is is so Delicious, My DH couldn't belive that I had found this Recipe. We use to go to a Resturant in the Bay area by the name of Ken's Pancake House. They made Pancakes like this. Also one with apples in it. It is so easy to make , I loved watching them PUFF Up while baking. This will be a regular at our house. Thanks Laurie

Love these! I make these every year for my kids' first day of school. I had put my cookbooks away getting ready for a remodel and needed the recipe this morning. Thanks so much!

I made this when I was first learning how to cook. It was amazing. Then my husband started making them thinking you had to really beat the eggs. Well you don't and if you do it will come out flat and not tasting very well. Think of it more like acquainting the eggs together, and then acquaint the additional ingredients. Lumps are OK! Oh and you have to have a really hot pan with the melted butter (not burnt) this is how I found it comes out the best. Good luck all
