I found this recipe on the web a few weeks ago, but I don't remember where! This doesn't require you to pre-cook the macaroni either!

Directions

  1. Layer a 9x13 dish (sprayed with cooking spray) in the following order.
  2. Uncooked macaroni.
  3. Butter.
  4. Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Mozzarella Cheese.
  6. Pour milk over the top layer
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, for one hour.
  8. Note: Cover with foil for the last 15 minutes of baking if you see it getting too brown and crusty.
  9. Variation: Use any cheeses you have handy to give a different flavor.

I loved how easy it is and loved the taste. Thanks. ( I did add a little garlic powder and onion flakes..great)

I'm not rating this one, because I used a different type of pasta...but, it came out quite buttery/greasy, with clumps of cheese - seems like most other people are having better luck than myself
