  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, paprika,and pepper.
  3. In plastic bag combine oil, water, and zucchini; shake until moistened.
  4. Dredge zucchini in bread crumb mixture.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes in single layer on nonstick baking sheet until golden.

Great recipe....much better than the eggy/floury recipies.

These were great. I did cut them in sliced rounds. Added a little more garlic and some Chef P sprinkle for veggies as well. Cooked them about 14 minutes. Will definately make these again. Great WW recipe thanks!
