This is a simple recipe that makes fantastic rice! I needed a rice dish for Thanksgiving, and this one worked out wonderfully. This is one dish I will make many times throughout the year. Thank you for a great recipe!

It REALLY doesn't get any easier than this! Made for Sunday lunch with friends, exactly as per recipe, while I finished off other dishes this just sat in the oven.. and cooked! DH said, wow, fantastic rice, what did you put in this...I was very impressed by the ease of preparation and the great taste! So glad I tried this, thanks for sharing :D

How cool! This is a wonderful, quick and easy way to prepare rice. Upon reading I was skeptical, but intrigued and I am glad that I tried it. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation. I will be trying this with more of an Asian flare by adding some minced ginger, green onion and diced carrots. I will edit this and update it when I try this version. Thanks for sharing this wonderful, practical recipe. Prepared for P.A.C Spring 2008
