  1. Nice and crisp, and much tastier than any fry! I cut mine in planks to expose more of the surface to the flavoring. I also soaked them in cold water before preparing, to make them crisper. Thanks for posting! Made for Spring 2010 PAC.

  2. I LOVE this recipe. Reminds me of the seasoned curly fries you get at some fast food places. I doubled the garlic and cheese but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for a great recipe!

  3. Made for 123 tag. Perfect low fat fries with a taty garlic-parm flavour! I cut them in thin long fries so they crisped up in no time.

  4. Nice quick spuds-I liked the addition of the parmesan cheese. Our wedges took about 45 minutes to cook. They were beautifully golden, crispy and tender insde by then.

  5. I followed the recipe but added the parmesan cheese with the seasonings as it wasn't specific about when to add them. I assumed that they counted as a seasoning. The flavors were very good; however, I ended up baking mine for almost 15 minutes longer so that they were done. I used smaller potatoes and cut them into wedges. I'm sure I will be making this again as the flavor was very nice and it was an easy side dish to put together. Thanks for posting.
