This was really quick and easy, and gave the fish a nice light feelling. I used it with salmon and we both liked it, although the BF thought it could use a little more flavour. I'll definitely make this again and maybe just add some herbs for effect. Thanks!

Just great. I used fillet of sole and dipped them first into matzo meal, then egg, then bread crumbs. Felt a little guilty about using the butter, but it was so good!

This is definitely a keeper! I had never baked salmon before, so I used this recipe to try it out. Delicious! And so easy! Thanks for sharing.

This was a good recipe. The fish TASTED great, MAYBE a few more seasonings added like garlic or pepper in the breadcrumbs would add a bit more flavor... My fish came out soggy on the side that was on the pan. The top was nice and crunchy, but only becuase I used the broiler at the end to get it that way. It was good, and I will try it again, maybe placing the fish on a rack so it doesnt sog on the underside.

All the family loved this, even the picky three year old. Added some dried herbs to the bread crumb mixture. Thanks for a great, easy recipe.
