This recipe is ridiculously easy. Tastes great, too. Make this during busy weeknights. Adapted from Robert Ackart's Cooking in a Casserole (1967).
- 1. Season crumbs with salt and pepper.
- 2. Lightly oil chicken and roll in crumbs to coat thoroughly.
- 3. Arrange chicken on lightly oiled cooking sheet.
- 4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until chicken is tender (or 90 minutes if you use larger pieces like breasts).
