I didn't have the Thyme, but I will still rate as a 5. Thanks for the recipe!

Amazing! I think the thyme is what made this. I always feel like there is something missing with just potatoes, onions, and cheese. I finally found it. So hard not to eat the whole pan!

Yummy! I used a mandolin to slice red bliss potatoes. And served them as a side with sirloin steak and green beans! I will definitely be making this again! Made for the Pool Party Tag Game.

Ohhh... I could have eaten the WHOLE pan! These are so delicious! I added about two cloves of minced garlic, as we're garlic lovers, but other than that I made as directed. I used a mandolin to slice 1.5mm thick slices & the edges came out perfectly crispy, while the middles were still nice and tender. Thanks for posting, Kumsie! Made & enjoyed for ZWT6 Team Xtra Hot Dishes! :)

Very, very good. The crispy little bits of onion are just wonderful. Made for ZWT6.

I love this recipe! I added garlic to the butter mix and otherwise followed the recipe. Watch the cheese if you're using a different variety because some toast up a lot quicker (whoops!). Thanks for a wonderful addition.

So easy and delicious! The herbs added a great touch. I omitted the salt (personal preference). Thanks for sharing!

Mmm...what a nice tasty change for "burger" night! I really loved the flavor of the butter mix, and loved that some bites had a stronger concenetration of it than others. That said, I did toss the potatoes in the butter after pouring it on. I also cut back on the cheese a bit, as I tend to prefer things less cheesy. Thanks for posting; I'm sure I will revisit these often! Made for Veg*n Swap.

My family all LOVED these potatoes! They were so easy to make and yet so delicious! My 2 DD's ages 7 & 9 helped me make these potatoes and helped just as much at making them disappear when they were finished. A great kid friendly recipe. I used 1 cup of my Best Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce and then sprinkled a 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese just to make it a little healthier. Made for ZWT 4. We WILL be making this again, thanks!
