  1. Make sauce by putting brown sugar, vinegar, water and barbeque sauce in pan and bring to boil.
  2. Put chicken pieces in 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degree F. For bone-in chicken bake for 1 hour. For boneless chicken bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Prepare rice.
  6. When chicken is done remove and pour sauce into stovetop pan.
  7. To thicken combine cornstartch and water. Pour into sauce.
  8. Sir constantly until thickend.
  9. Serve chicken over rice.
  10. Enjoy!
