- 4 lbs spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 1 1⁄2 cups mincemeat
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- Place spareribs in roasting pan (13x9x2). Bake in a 35 degree over 1 hour, pour off fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients, pour over ribs.
- Bake 1 l/2 hours more or until don.
- Baste now and then.
