I made this in the crockpot. I used a thawed 3 1/2 ib center cut pork loin roast that I had cut into chops prior to freezing. I could just drink that sauce! So garlicky and tangy! Delicious! I'll certainly make this again; either in the crockpot or oven. Thanx for sharing!
